AYF 10 Application Form

Dear applicants, to operate your application completely, please follow the instruction hereby:
  1. Fill out the 10th Asian Youth Forum application form below (It must be completed online with the form provided in this page!) on or before March 29, 2012.
  2. Send your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and picture (.jpg/.jpeg file) as email attachment to apply@asianyouthforum.org right after you fill out the application form,  with the following subject and file names as below: 
    For CV: AYF10_CV_COUNTRY_LASTNAME,      
    For Picture: AYF10_PICT_COUNTRY_LASTNAME.
  3. Send/give your advisor (could be a professor, employer or someone from your faculty)  the letter of recommendation form (please download the form here), and ask them to kindly fill it out telling us why we should accept you as an AYF applicant, and send it back (from their own email) to asianyouthforumvladivostok@gmail.com  
  4. You must fill out your current Passport information clearly in the form below, this is necessary to apply. 
  5. For alumni who have attended the AYF summit before, you do not need to fill this application online. You only need to fill out a Letter of Intent which you can download here. Fill out the form and send it to asianyouthforumvladivostok@gmail.com before March 29, 2011. You also need to send your latest photos and send it as email attachments on the same email with the following subject: AYF10_ALUMNI_LOI_COUNTRY_LASTNAME
  6. For observer (non-Asian youth), what you need to do is download our special application form for observer, you can donwload here. Fill out the form and send it to asianyouthforumvladivostok@gmail.com before March 29, 2011. You also need to send your latest photos and send it as email attachments on the same email with subject: AYF10_APP_OBSERVER_COUNTRY_LASTNAME
